Wayfair supplier copy guidelines

Step 1 of establishing Wayfair's Supplier Copy function was defining how our content should sound. Launching from Wayfair's existing B2C brand, I devised guidelines for crisp, clear, and - above all - accessible copy for our suppliers.
Later, expanding Wayfair's supplier content into new channels and media called for a strong foundation to ground our output in. Alongside partners from our brand, creative, and marketing teams, I expanded our copy guide into a comprehensive brand platform that enabled a consistent experience for our audience across all channels and bridged supplier content to the company's core brand.
